Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Find a Space Job website (https://findaspacejob.com) and related services (the "Service") provided by Find a Space Job ("us", "we", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

1. Using the Service

Our Service connects job seekers and employers in the space industry. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your account information and activities. Keep your login details secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

  • Posting false, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content (including job posts or applications).

  • Interfering with the Service's operation.

Employers are solely responsible for their job postings and hiring practices. Job seekers are responsible for the accuracy of their application materials.

We own the Service and its content (excluding user-provided content). We can remove content or suspend/terminate accounts if these Terms are violated, without prior notice. We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes to the Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

4. Disclaimers (Important!)

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We **do not guarantee** you will find a job, hire a candidate, or that the Service will always be available, error-free, or secure. We are **not responsible** for the content posted by users (jobs, applications) or the actions of employers or job seekers. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability (Important!)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find a Space Job (and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees) will **not be liable** for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service (including employers or job seekers); (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Community of Madrid, Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles.
