Job Description

We are seeking an Electronics Technician Intern to join our pioneering team in the stratospheric domain. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates. Key responsibilities:

  • Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic systems for stratospheric balloons and pseudo-satellites.

  • Work on the integration of payloads, including sensors, avionics, and communication systems.

  • Collaborate with our engineering team on stratospheric platform development.

  • Ensure quality control in hardware assembly and testing, with a focus on reliability under extreme atmospheric conditions.

  • Participate in post-launch analysis to enhance system performance.

Basic qualifications:

  • Professional High School in Electronics or a related field.

  • Knowledgeable of Simple Firmware coding

  • Experience with Measuring Devices (e.g. multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)

  • Skilled in Through-Hole Technology (THT) and Surface-Mount Device (SMD) soldering.

  • Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and system integration.

  • Ability to work in a high-density talent environment where collaboration and precision are crucial.

Preferred but not required:

  • Proficiency in ECAD software (e.g., KiCad).

  • Experience in the aerospace or high-altitude domain.
